Simple summer cocktail
This easy Prosecco cocktail recipe takes just minutes to prepare, but is stylish and elegant enough to serve up at a party. Swap the Prosecco for Champagne and serve with cream and extra strawberries for the perfect Wimbledon tipple.
- 1 bottle Prosecco, or other sparkling wine, chilled
- ½ pack mint, leaves picked
- 150g strawberries, hulled and chopped
Mash the strawberries into a chunky purée using a fork and divide between Champagne flutes. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with a few torn mint leaves
